Alton Towers

Hi Brad here,

I am going to tell you about a recent visit to Alton Towers. I went on all of the rides and the best was Nemesis and this is one of the best rollercoaster rides in the UK and a couple of other ones witch I would definitely recommend are Oblivion, Air and Rita Queen of Speed they all go pretty fast but although Nemesis is not the fastest it rattles you around more than any of the other rides do.

Here are a couple of pictures of the people I went with and some of the rides we went on.

Bowland Forest Gliding Club

Hi Brad here,

I have recently been gliding at Bowland Forest Gliding Club for my first ever gliding lesson and it was awesome nothing can beat it!!! I had a great time mi gliding instructor, Derek was a very nice man because he told me all kinds of things about the controls and what happens before gliding like safety checks and when you are in the air because if you do not know about the glider than you could kill yourself. I would definitely recommend gliding to everybody (unless you are scared of heights!)

This is a picture of me and Derek my gliding instructor stood in front of the glider we flew in.

Bowland Forest Gliding Club is situated due east of Clitheroe, it is basically a field with a few gliders and a members hut but because the people are all volunteers they are all very polite and pleasant.

These are a couple of pictures of me in the glider and the controls of the glider.

See you later

starvin' after scouts

Hi, Brad here

I get home from scouts, no money, 3 eggs and I am starvin'!! So I milk winnie the pooh for £1.05 (in 5ps) and I go to Hanburys and by a loaf of bread to make Toast of the kings!

I have now proven that with just 3 eggs and a loaf of bread me and my Dad can make 6 pieces of this Toast of the kings. We recon we could sell this stuff in London at £9.00 a piece!!! We just need some marketing and a posh name so we decided on:

le morceau de boîte à pain a fait frire en beurre avec la sauce d'oeuf de poulet de Fédéral de maïs et tomate organique.

The River Challenge - Swallow Falls Betws-y-Coed

Chilli Challenge

Here is a crazy picture of me competing in the chilli challenge in Wales; I had just eaten a full tablespoon of EXTREMLEY HOT CHILLI SAUCE!!!!!

Chillies are measured in 'shovelled units' the chilli sauce that I have tried is called 'mamma Africa’s Zulu chilli sauce' and it is 14,000 scoville units this is six times hotter than a jalapeno chilli or one hundred and forty times hotter than a regular fresh chilli witch you can buy at your supermarket so if you want to test the intense heat that I did just eat a regular chilli and imagine one hundred and forty times the heat!!!

Pretty hot eh!!
